Ingredients:
1 red kakap fish fillet
Sauce:
4 garlic
1 bombay onion
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 spoon brown sugar
2 star fruits
1 tomato
1 spoon tomato sauce
1 spoon ketchup
How to cook:
Fry the fish first, then chop the garlic, onion, star fruits and tomato. Fry garlic, onion, and tomato, then put the star fruits. Mix well with the spices. Put the fried fish into a plate, then pour the sauce. Ready to be served.
